Designed to move people — and vehicles.

Chrysler Capital needed email campaigns that did more than look good — they needed to convert. Working across three major campaign types, I designed a consistent, on-brand system of emails that guided customers through every stage of the auto financing journey.

From winning back lapsed customers to nudging pre-approved buyers across the finish line, each campaign was built with clear hierarchy, strong CTAs, and messaging that felt personal and direct.
